5. Fees and Payments

  • Fees: Fees for Outpost Work’s services will be agreed upon in writing.
  • Payment Terms: Payments are due on the agreed-upon dates.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to interest and penalties.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the services provided by Outpost Work belong to Outpost Work.
  • License: Outpost Work grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services for your internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outpost Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information or data, or other pecuniary loss, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.  

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation.
